Summer Standard is my original pattern featured in the June/July issue of Rug Hooking Magazine. I designed it just for the magazine, from my love of the American flag. We fly a cluster of small flags each summer from our porch and I love the way they flutter and glow from the sun and breeze. This is a 2 dimensional piece, if finished the way I have done it. The approximate finished size is 22x 33". It fits nicely on an interior door or wall. If you had a sheltered porch, it would look great outside. The pattern comes with directions, as seen in Rug Hooking Magazine. This listing is for the pattern drawn on grain on primitive linen foundation or monks cloth, your choice in this listing.
