This pattern came from a request from a friend who wanted a pattern to hook that would coordinate with an Oriental rug she had in her living room. We have some elements of her Oriental but we added a bird, she she is an avid bird lover. Its a pretty simple design and can be color planned many different ways. The finished size is 20x21" and would make a great wall hanging or table mat.

I have hand drawn the design, on grain, onto the linen foundation and hemmed the edges to prevent raveling. Thanks so much for looking. Check back as I continue to upload my designs.
